Consistent & Organized Study 

Exam stress arises in the absence of organized and consistent study. So, the only way to keep exam stress at bay is to study regularly and consistently. 

Further, you must organize and structure your study routine by using a Study schedule. Preparing a weekly study schedule is a great way to systematize your study. Also, make sure to follow the study routine dedicatedly.

 

Selective Study 

With the limited time remaining for NEET MDS exam, blind study will surely not work. At this point, it is more important to focus on the Most Important Topics of each subject. Intensely prepare the Most Important Topics of each subject and avoid wasting time on the unimportant ones.
