JIPMER MD/MS Entrance July 2017 Session – Important Details


  • Applicant must be an Indian National and should possess MBBS Degree or its equivalent recognized by the Medical Council of India.
  • Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) possessing registration under Section 7 A of Citizenship Act 1955 are also eligible to participate in the test.
  • Applicant must have completed 1 year of Compulsory Rotating Internship on or prior to June 30th 2017.

55% marks in aggregate

SC/ST candidates

50% marks in aggregate

For OPH candidates

Minimum Aggregate as listed above depending on the category to which the candidate belongs will apply
