The shortlisted candidates are required to submit the following documents on or before 5 June 2018 by 04.00 P.M. in the office of The Training Branch, Kairon Block, Room No. 305, PGIMER, Chandigarh or through our e-mail ID i.e. trainingbranchpgi@yahoo.com.
List of Documents:
1. BDS Degree
2. Internship Completion Certificate
3. Attempt Certificate
4. Caste Certificate SC/ST/OBC (if applicable)
5. Application form with passport size photograph.
6. Sponsored Certificate & NOC (if applicable)
Counseling
The counseling will be held on 6 June 2018 at 2:30 PM in Lecture Theatre 1 of the Institute.
