The registration process for NEET MDS 2018 is now live for candidates who wish to register for NEET MDS examination to be held on 7th January 2018.
PrepLadder takes the initiative to streamline the registration process for its avid readers and has compiled the entire process in this blog.
NBE has released the user manual for the candidates explaining the steps of registration.
Steps of Registration
Step 1: Visit the URL www.nbe.edu.in for accessing the National Board of Examination portal.
Step 2: Click on NEET-MDS Button.
Step 3: After you click on NEET-MDS Button, login page will appear.
Step 4: Candidate has to click on new registration link for new registration or Enter Candidate id and Password which has been received by the candidate after completion of registration.
Step 5: After Clicking on New Registration Section, candidate has to click on ‘Click Here’ link.
Step 6: After ‘Click Here’ a new page will appear.
Step 7: It will show instruction page, Candidate has to read all the instructions and then click on ‘Proceed Button’.
Step 8: After Clicking on ‘Proceed Button’, a new instruction page will appear, candidate has to read all the instructions carefully and then click on ‘Proceed again’.
Step 9: Candidate can view process flow also for the online submission of application form.
Step 10: After clicking on ‘Proceed button’, a new page will appear. Using this page, Candidate has to fill all the details, as required at the time of form registration.

Step 11: Using this page, candidate has to fill details indicated in the following steps.
Step 12: Candidate has to enter Personal details.
Step 13: Candidate has to enter Address details.
Step 14: Candidate has to enter ID Proof details.
Step 15: Candidate has to enter Contact details.
Step 16: Candidate has to accept the declaration.
Step 17: After filling all the details candidate has to click on ‘Save and Proceed’ button or ‘Save and Exit button’ if they want to complete the form later.
Step 18: After click on ‘Save and Proceed’ button a candidate Id will be generated. SMS & email will be sent to the registered Mobile and Email address of the candidate.
Step 19: After that a new page will appear, it will be a change password page. Using password which has been received at the time of registration, candidate has to compulsorily change the password.
Step 20: Candidate has to enter the given password and then enter the new password, Confirm the new password again, there after Click on Update button.
Step 21: After clicking on ‘update button’, password change notification will be displayed.
Step 22: After clicking on ‘OK button’, login page will appear.
Step 23: Candidate has to enter candidate id as user and enter updated password for further process of application completion.
Step 24: Candidate has to enter user id, password and Enter Captcha code, and then click on ‘Login button’.
Step 25: After clicking on ‘login button’, candidate can view details which were entered earlier.
Step 26: If candidate needs to update or change any details then it can be done using ‘Edit’ button.
Step 27: Otherwise candidate can click on ‘Proceed’ button to enter qualification details.
Step 28: After clicking on ‘proceed’ button, a new Qualification page will appear. Candidate has to enter all mandatory details such as:
- Educational Qualifications details
- Academic details
- Internship details
- Dental Registration details(Registration Type, Date, No and Authority)
Step 29: After entering all the details candidate has to click on Save & Proceed button for the next step.
Step 30: After clicking on ‘Save & Proceed’ button, a confirmation message will be displayed on the screen. Candidate has to click on OK button for Payment.
Step 31: After confirmation candidate can view payment options.
Step 32: Before payment candidate can view availability of seats in different cities. Candidates can see the cities where testing seats are available.
Step 33: After Choosing the city choice candidate has to click on Online Payment link.
Step 34: The options available for paying the fee are:
- Pay fee using Credit Card.
- Pay fee using Debit Card.
- Pay fee using Net banking.
Step 35: Candidate has to select the payment mode. Then click on ‘PAY NOW’ button.
Step 36: After Clicking on Pay Now button, a confirmation message is displayed mentioning the payment amount and mode of payment.
Step 37: Candidate has to click on OK button after reading the message.
Step 38: After Clicking on OK button, new page will appear.
Step 39: Candidate has to enter Card details as required, and click on ‘Pay now’.
Step 40: After Clicking on ‘Pay Now’ button, candidate will receive OTP. Enter OTP and click on Submit button.
Step 41: After Paying the Fee, a new page will appear indicating payment details.
Step 42: After payment has been successfully made, payment receipt will be generated.
Step 43: Candidate can Print this Receipt if required.
Step 44: Candidate has to Click on ‘Proceed button’ for next step.
Step 45: After Clicking on ‘Proceed button’, Payment complete confirmation message will be displayed.
Step 46: After you Click on OK button, a new page will appear for uploading photo, signature and thumb impression.
Step 47: Using this panel candidate has to upload Photo, Signature and Thumb impression.
Step 48: After Uploading Photo, Signature and Thumb impression, a confirmation message will be displayed.
Step 49: After Click on Accept all button, a new page will appear. It will be Print Form Page.
Step 50: Click on Print button to print the application form. Finally click on Submit button to complete the process.
