I got a 71y old male patient, kco CKD since 10 yrs with peripheral oedema. He presented with an acute episode, lungs had b/l crepts. And ECG showed LVF. I wanted to use a diuretic but the BP was 90/50. What could i have done for this patient since ionotropes was not an option at my PHC.

90/50 according to me is not very low for an elderly patient. You could've given 20 mg lasix and watched the patient before transfering him. 100 ml IV albumin could've helped if that was available.. Labs necessary for further treatment.
